American Immigration Lawyers Association Crosses Line (Border); appoints Canadian as Chair

June 2009 - Boughton is pleased to announce that Saba Naqvi has been appointed as Chair to the Canadian Chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.

Ms. Saba Naqvi is an associate with Boughton Law Corporation’s Citizenship + Immigration practice group. She specializes in both U.S. and Canadian immigration issues. Ms. Naqvi also authors the Immigration Chapter in the Annual Review of Law & Practice published by the Continuing Legal Education Society of British Columbia and is a contributing author for ImmQuest, a monthly immigration newsletter.

The American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) is an American association of immigration lawyers with international chapters established to promote fair and reasonable immigration law and policy, advance the quality of immigration and nationality law and practice, and enhance the professional development of its members.
