November 20, 2007 - Boughton Law Corporation is pleased to announce that Bruce Harwood has joined the firm's Immigration Practice.

For the past six years Mr. Harwood's practice has been devoted to Immigration law, involving applications for business immigrants, appeals to the Immigration Appeal Division, and to the Federal Court of Canada, applications under the North American Free Trade Agreement, applications for skilled workers under both Federal and Provincial programs as well as addressing issues of criminal and medical inadmissibility for clients from numerous countries throughout the world.

Mr. Harwood’s practice also involves Citizenship and Customs issues. For the past two years he has worked closely with Mr. Murtha on residency issues that affect tax, permanent residence and citizenship matters.
