Gregg Rafter appointed as Director to the British Columbia Aviation Council

The British Columbia Aviation Council was formed over 70 years ago. The objectives of the Council are to promote, stimulate and encourage the safe and orderly development of growth and advancement of aviation and aerospace throughout British Columbia.
