Michael Weiler joined Boughton in January 2009 as leader of the Employment & Labour practice group. He represents a wide variety of employers in labour relations matters, and also acts for employers and employees in wrongful dismissal and other employment-related actions. An experienced trial lawyer, Mr. Weiler frequently appears before federal and provincial labour relations boards, arbitration boards, employment standards tribunals, and human rights tribunals.
