Boughton Welcomes New Securities Lawyer

January 2, 2008 - Boughton Law Corporation is pleased to announce that Robert White has joined the firm's Securities Practice.

Robert White has over 20 years of experience in corporate finance.  He was a founding member of Irwin, White & Jennings, a boutique Vancouver law firm focused on institutional venture capital financing and securities law.

Mr. White has extensive experience advising some of the largest institutional venture capital investors in Canada with respect to syndicated investments in small and medium-sized technology and industrial companies. He also provides advice on large cross border merger and acquisition transactions and other strategic exits for institutional venture capital investors.

Mr. White joined Boughton Law Corporation in December 2007.
