July 19, 2010 - Boughton Law Corporation is pleased to announce that Emma J. Butt joined the firm's Aboriginal Practice Group.

Emma J. Butt practices in the areas of commercial litigation and Aboriginal law, and has expertise in the area of legal research. She has been involved in the drafting and provided support to negotiations of impact benefit agreements, participation agreements and traditional knowledge protocols for Yukon First Nations.
