Boughton Shareholder Delivers "Art Jones Lifetime Achievement Award" to VANOC Chair

With 300 guests in attendance at the Downtown Vancouver Business Improvement Association (DVBIA) annual awards gala, Jack Poole was presented with the Art Jones Lifetime Achievement Award. This award, named after one of the founding fathers of the DVBIA, honours individuals who have demonstrated a lifelong commitment to the vitality of the city and community.

Ernest Hee, Shareholder of Boughton Law Corporation, was honoured to present the award to Mr. Poole as his contributions to the Vancouver community are innumerable. Currently, Mr. Poole is the Chair of VANOC, and will bring the 2010 Olympics to Vancouver. Previous to this, Mr. Poole served as chairman and CEO for the 2010 Bid Corporation.
