Boughton Law Corporation Shareholder Appointed to Vancouver Board of Trade for Three-Year Term

May, 2008 - Boughton Law Corporation is proud to announce the recent re-appointment of Shareholder, George E.H. Cadman, Q.C., as a Director of the Vancouver Board of Trade.  Mr. Cadman was appointed to the Board of Trade Directorship in 2007.  The Vancouver Board of Trade has asked Mr. Cadman to serve a minimum three-year term.

Mr. Cadman has been an active member of a number of organizations throughout his career, including his most recent appointment to the Board of Directors of the Vancouver Airport Authority.

Mr. Cadman practices civil litigation, with emphasis on resolution of corporate/commercial, securities and real estate disputes.  He was appointed Queen’s Counsel in 1990.
