Alan Brown's practice covers a broad range of insolvency and restructuring matters as well as commercial litigation.

Alan has extensive experience in corporate restructuring, receivership, bankruptcy, liquidations, creditors remedies, fraudulent conveyances and commercial foreclosures. His clients include debtors, lenders and insolvency professionals, such as receivers, trustees in bankruptcy, liquidators and monitors.

He has been involved as counsel in most of the major commercial insolvencies in British Columbia, as well as in the reorganization and insolvencies of smaller companies. He also handles complex issues arising from personal bankruptcies.

Mr. Brown has been profiled in the LEXPERT Legal Directory under Insolvency and Corporate Restructuring as "Repeatedly Recommended" for several years.
