Candice Peskett practices in the area of securities and corporate / commercial law. Prior to joining Boughton she articled with a boutique law firm specializing in securities and corporate finance.
Ms. Peskett advises clients with their initial public offerings, public and private equity and debt financings, mergers and acquisitions, reverse takeovers, corporate restructurings and reorganizations, and capital alterations and preparing documentation for transactions which relate to them. She also provides counsel on continuous disclosure, corporate governance, directors' and officers' liability, proxy contents and takeover defence mechanisms.
