Charles (Chuck) Pearson has devoted his professional life to assisting both individuals and companies with their tax and corporate finance problems. Mr. Pearson articled with the Federal Department of Justice in Ottawa and started his career with the Tax Litigation Section of the Department of Justice in Ottawa. In the early eighties he joined a nationally prominent law firm in Vancouver and worked in its Tax Group until recently joining Boughton Law Corporation.
Mr. Pearson provides tax advice for both domestic (corporate reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions, estate freezes) and international transaction (foreign investments in Canada, Canadian investments abroad, offshore trusts).
