Darren Stewart practises general corporate commercial litigation, with an emphasis on contract and lease disputes, environmental law, transportation and personal injury. He has appeared before the B.C. Provincial Court and the B.C. Supreme Court.
Mr. Stewart graduated from the University of British Columbia, Faculty of Law in 2009. Mr. Stewart also has an undergraduate degree in English and Professional Writing from the University of Victoria. Prior to enrolling in law school Darren worked as a reporter and producer for CBC radio and television. He was based in Yellowknife, however he travelled throughout the Northwest Territories, the Yukon, Nunavut and Alaska.
Mr. Stewart completed his articles at Boughton and was called to the Bar of British Columbia in May of 2010.
