Ernie Hee is the leader of the Real Estate Group.

His practice focuses on commercial real estate and corporate/commercial law. He has represented vendors, purchasers, landlords, tenants and lenders of retail, industrial, office and apartment projects located in Alberta, British Columbia, Ontario, California and Hawaii.

Mr. Hee's clients include developers, pension funds, real estate investment trusts, limited partnerships, real estate syndicators, institutional entities, mortgage companies, banks, transportation companies and private individuals. He has also been involved in efficiently implementing large commercial transactions, negotiating joint venture agreements and advising on corporate restructuring. He has provided general commercial advice to businesses of all sizes.

Mr. Hee also acts for European real estate investors.

Mr. Hee is conversant in German.
