After a successful career as a business executive, Gregg Rafter now practices in the area of civil litigation. He has appeared as counsel in the Supreme Court of British Columbia, the British Columbia Court of Appeal and the Federal Court of Canada.
Mr. Rafter represents clients in a variety of complex commercial litigation matters. He has experience as counsel in construction claims, intellectual property disputes, employment matters, personal injury claims, enforcement of foreign judgments and collections.
