Heather Craig practices in the area of commercial and securities litigation.
In the area of commercial litigation, Ms. Craig provides advice to self-regulatory organizations and corporate clients on a broad range of matters.
Ms. Craig has appeared as counsel before the Supreme Court of British Columbia, the Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Canada.
With respect to securities litigation, Ms. Craig provides litigation support and advice to financial services groups, brokerage firms and plaintiffs in civil, regulatory and compliance matters.
Ms. Craig has appeared as counsel before the BC Securities Commission, the IIROC and the Mutual Fund Dealers Association.
