Ms. Craig provides advice to self-regulatory organizations and corporate clients on a broad range of commercial litigation matters.
Ms. Craig has appeared as counsel before the Supreme Court of British Columbia, the Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Canada.
Ms. Craig also provides litigation support and advice to issuers, financial services groups, investment dealers and advisors in civil, regulatory and compliance matters.
Ms. Craig has appeared as counsel before the BC Securities Commission, IIROC and the Mutual Fund Dealers Association.
