Maria Holman’s practice focuses in the areas of intellectual property, privacy and confidentiality, technology and the internet.A registered trademark agent in Canada, she advises clients with respect to intellectual property protection, licensing and IP agreements, trademarks, copyright, domain name matters and issues relating to e-commerce.
