• Acting for a European company in defending its trademark in the Canadian market;
• Acting for a local kitchen manufacturer in registering multiple trademarks in Canada and the US;
• Drafting and reviewing software agreements for Vancouver -based software developers doing business with licensees in both Canada and the United States, including negotiating joint-venture development agreements;
