Provides labour, employment and related law counsel to small, medium and large businesses that operate throughout British Columbia and nationally, in a broad range of industries and interests, including credit unions, cement and concrete, broadcasters, auto dealers, First Nations, retail, industry, manufacturing, road building and transportation.

Acts as counsel on grievance arbitrations, human rights complaints, alternative dispute resolution, employment standards fact findings and adjudications, employment matters including wrongful dismissal actions, as well as occupational health and safety matters.

Advises compensation committees on executive contracts and fiduciary duties.

Develops proactive policies in educational materials to assist employers in understanding and achieving compliance.

Acts for employers and employees in wrongful dismissal and other employment-related actions.

Acts in administrative law disputes and judicial reviews.

Provides advice to employers in collective bargaining negotiations and acts as a spokesperson in this regard on behalf of employers.
