Peter Anderson has a solicitor's practice focused on commercial real estate and real estate related transactions with primary emphasis on commercial lease negotiating and drafting, representing both landlords and tenants. He also deals with other commercial real estate transactions, including sales and acquisitions, property development and financing matters.
Mr. Anderson's commercial leasing practice involves all aspects of commercial leasing including office, retail, industrial and mixed use projects, from small scale projects (single tenant buildings) to regional shopping centres and office tower complexes. Representative projects include several shopping centres and business parks in the Vancouver lower mainland and elsewhere across Canada, as well as mixed-use office/retail complexes. He represents several major landlords and asset/property management companies in local and national transactions, as well as a number of local and national tenants.
