Rebeka Breder practises general corporate commercial litigation, with an emphasis on contract and lease disputes, municipal and administrative law, animal law, and environmental law.
Ms. Breder's corporate litigation practice includes acting for clients involved in real estate disputes - both residential and commercial - including termination and enforcement of rental/lease agreements, as well as franchise disputes and general litigation matters.
Her municipal and administrative law practice includes advising clients under the Local Government Act, Community Charter and Vancouver Charter with respect to decisions made by municipal and regional officials.
Her environmental law practice includes advising clients on corporate liability and responsibility in regard to contaminated sites, water and potable water issues and directors' and officers liability.
Ms. Breder's animal law practice includes defending dog owners whose dogs have been accused of being "dangerous/vicious", acting for clients in regard to product liability (tainted food), and veterinarian malpractice suits. To learn more about this area of law, please view my video.

Her clients include firms, corporations, non-profit organizations and individuals.
Ms. Breder speaks fluent French and Serbo-Croatian. She also has knowledge of Hebrew and Yiddish.
