Richard Uhrle practices business and immigration law and has considerable experience in mergers, acquisitions and sales of private businesses, corporate governance (incorporation, reorganization and dissolution of companies and advice to shareholders, officers and directors), commercial real estate acquisitions and sales (including leasing and property management), non-profit housing, corporate finance and secured transactions for lenders and borrowers, and executive immigration to Canada, including applications for work permits, permanent residence and citizenship.

Mr. Uhrle speaks fluent German.
