Robert White has over 20 years of experience in corporate finance. He was a founding member of Irwin, White & Jennings, a boutique Vancouver law firm focused on institutional venture capital financing and securities law.
Mr. White has extensive experience advising some of the largest institutional venture capital investors in Canada with respect to syndicated investments in small and medium-sized technology and industrial companies. He also provides advice on large cross border merger and acquisition transactions and other strategic exits for institutional venture capital investors.
Prior to Irwin, White & Jennings, Mr. White worked with a national firm where he gained extensive securities law experience advising junior and senior public natural resource companies in connection with financings, continuous disclosure obligations and mergers and acquisitions.
Mr. White joined Boughton Law Corporation in December 2007.
