Rory Godinho is the leader of the Securities Group.
He represents private and publicly traded companies in the technology, telecommunications and natural resource (mining, oil and gas) sectors, and has extensive experience advising his clients on a broad range of matters which include initial public offerings, public and private equity and debt financings, mergers and acquisitions, reverse takeovers, corporate restructurings and reorganizations, capital alterations, continuous disclosure requirements, corporate governance, directors' and officers' liability, proxy contests and takeover defence mechanisms.
