Simi Dosanjh is a member of the Taxation Group. Her practice focuses on personal and corporate tax planning, corporate reorganizations, international tax planning and business succession. Ms. Dosanjh also represents clients in disputes with the Canada Revenue Agency and other taxation authorities.
Prior to her call to the bar, Ms. Dosanjh worked as an in-house summer student in the legal department of a large energy company in Calgary and she has also spent some time working in the Taxpayer Services and Debt Management Division of the Canada Revenue Agency.
Ms. Dosanjh received her Bachelor of Arts from the University of British Columbia in 2006 and her Juris Doctor from the University of Calgary in 2009. She was awarded the C. Anne Simpson prize for achieving the highest aggregate standing in Taxation Law and Policy and Business Taxation while in law school. Simi is fluent in English and Punjabi.
