He acts for national and international Franchisors and prepares franchise agreements, Franchise Disclosure Documents and related documentation to enable businesses to franchise in Canada. He also assists franchisees, master franchisees, area developers and distributors with negotiating their agreements, and maintains one of the largest hotel, restaurant and hospitality industry practices in Western Canada. He is a member of the Canadian Franchise Association and has served as legal counsel to the Pacific Regional Council of the CFA
